In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit of two hundred and seventy five dollars ($300.00) shall be paid prior to receiving the equipment. This deposit will be refunded upon receipt of the equipment, subject to the option to apply it against any charges or damages incurred. If security deposit is made with a check, the check will be returned to the renter un-cashed. If made in the form of a credit card, no charges will be made to the card for the security deposit unless equipment is returned damaged or not returned on time.
